Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1996.

2. The Schedule to the Registration of Births and Deaths Rules [R 1] is amended by deleting Forms G and H and substituting the following Forms:
