Parking Places (Surcharge) Act

Parking Places (Surcharge) (Amendment) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Parking Places (Surcharge) Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Surcharge) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 11th July 1997.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Part III of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Surcharge) Order (O 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 46, the following item:
[G.N. Nos. S 538/92; S 380/93; S 217/94; S 497/94; S 285/95]
