Public Transport Council Act

Bus Fares
It is hereby notified for general information that, under section 23(1) of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council has approved, with effect from 1st July 2001, the following amendments to the Bus Fares Notification (G.N. No. S 253/2000).
2.  The Schedule to the Bus Fares Notification is amended —
(a)by deleting sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 1(1) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:
“
(b) Residential feeder service
60 cents
55 cents
(c) Intra-town bus service from any bus stop to —
 
 
(i) a bus stop up to a designated integrated bus stop at or near a bus interchange or MRT station
60 cents
55 cents
(ii) a bus stop beyond a designated integrated bus stop at or near a bus interchange or MRT station
60 cents
55 cents
”;
(b)by deleting sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 1(2) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:
“
(b) Residential feeder service
70 cents
60 cents
(c) Intra-town bus service from any bus stop to —
 
 
(i) a bus stop up to a designated integrated bus stop at or near a bus interchange or MRT station
70 cents
60 cents
(ii) a bus stop beyond a designated integrated bus stop at or near a bus interchange or MRT station
70 cents
60 cents.
”.
