Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) Notification 2003.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Larry Jewelry Singapore Private Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Charity Lucky Draw Contest promotion to be held from 3rd January 2003 to 31st January 2003 (both dates inclusive) and the lucky draw on 7th February 2003.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the company with the conditions stated in the letter of approval to the company.
