Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 7) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 7) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1996.

2. The following provisions of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after paragraph (u), the following paragraph:

“(v) The area off Woodlands Avenue 1 and delineated in Plan 608.”.

(b) Item 11

Insert, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:

“(f) The area off Lorong 2, Toa Payoh and delineated in Plan 609.”.

Insert, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:

“(c) The area off Geylang Bahru and delineated in Plan 610.”.
