Municipal (Provident Fund) (Amendment) Rules 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 7 of the Second Schedule to the Street Works Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Municipal (Provident Fund) (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 11th July 1997.
Amendment of rule 15
2.  Rule 15 of the Municipal (Provident Fund) Rules (R 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “Minister” in the second line, the words “or the Accountant-General”.
Made this 3rd day of July 1997.
