(SAFRA National Service Association —
Exemption) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (SAFRA National Service Association — Exemption) Order 2021.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“draw” means the “SAFRA Family Scheme Special Bonus Draw 2” to be held at SAFRA Mount Faber, 2 Telok Blangah Way, Singapore 098803 from 4 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. on 17 May 2021;

“organiser” means the SAFRA National Service Association, a society registered under the Societies Act (Cap. 311);

“public accountant” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Accountants Act (Cap. 2).

Exemption

3.—(1) The organiser is exempt from sections 11, 13, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the draw.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
