Agri-food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) (No. 3) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(q) of the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority Act, the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) (No. 3) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 14th June 2004.

Certification Mark

2. The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) Mark (defined under the International Standards on Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM 15)) set out in the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Authority for the export of wood packaging materials.
