Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 15 May 2021.
Deletion and substitution of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020) (called in this Notification the principal Notification) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

Amendment of Seventh Schedule
5.  The Seventh Schedule to the principal Notification is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraphs (1) and (4) of item 11 under the heading “Subjects”; and
(b)by deleting paragraph (1) of item 12 under the heading “Subjects”.
Amendment of Ninth Schedule
6.  The Ninth Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by deleting paragraph (11) of item 4 under the heading “Subjects”.
Amendment of Tenth Schedule
7.  The Tenth Schedule to the principal Notification is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after sub‑paragraph (e) of item 5(1) under the heading “Subjects”, the following sub‑paragraph:
(f)Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control Act 2021 (Act 3 of 2021)”; and
(b)by deleting paragraph (10) of item 5 under the heading “Subjects”.
Amendment of Eleventh Schedule
8.  The Eleventh Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by inserting, immediately before sub‑paragraph (a) of item 8(1) under the heading “Subjects”, the following sub‑paragraph:
(aa)Apostille Act 2020 (Act 38 of 2020)”.
Amendment of Thirteenth Schedule
9.  The Thirteenth Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by deleting paragraph (6) of item 8 under the heading “Subjects”.
Amendment of Seventeenth Schedule
10.  The Seventeenth Schedule to the principal Notification is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after paragraph (6) of item 4 under the heading “Subjects”, the following paragraph:
(6A)Multimodal Transport Act 2021 (Act 2 of 2021)”; and
(b)by deleting paragraph (16) of item 4 under the heading “Subjects”.
