(Amendment No. 3) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 29 April 2022.

Amendment of Eleventh Schedule

2. The Eleventh Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (7) of item 9 under the heading “Subjects”, the following paragraph:

“(7A) Land Betterment Charge Act 2021”.
