Registration of Births and Deaths
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act 2021, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 16 April 2024.
Deletion of regulation 4
2.  In the Registration of Births and Deaths Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 408/2022), delete regulation 4.
