Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(2) of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2002.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “Commissioner, a public health officer” and substituting the word “Director-General”.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
