Common Gaming Houses Act
(Chapter 49)
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 10th July 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(1) of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 165/2009) is amended by deleting the words “the draw on 7th July 2009” and substituting the words “from 10th July 2009 to 9th October 2009 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 12th October 2009”.
