(Foreign Employee Dormitories —
Control Order) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Foreign Employee Dormitories — Control Order) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 16 May 2021.

Amendment of regulation 8

2. Regulation 8 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Foreign Employee Dormitories — Control Order) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 781/2020) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “250” in paragraph (2)(e)(i) and substituting “100”; and
(b)	by deleting “240” in the Examples in paragraph (3) and substituting “90”.
