Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 275/97) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (146) in Part V under the heading Parking Places, the following items:

“(147) Telok Kurau Road, Everitt Road, Langsat Road, Lorongs 102 to 108 Changi, Changi South Avenues 1, 2 and 3 and Changi South Streets 1, 2 and 3.

(148) Area off Thomson Road and Whitley Road and delineated in Plan 283.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (52) in Part VIII under the heading Parking Places, the following item:

“(53) Areas off Woodlands Link and Woodlands Loop and delineated in Plan 284.”.
