Payment Systems (Oversight) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2006, the Senior Minister hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Payment Systems (Oversight) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  The Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2006 shall come into operation on 23rd June 2006.
