Casino Control Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Casino Control Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Casino Control Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2008.
2.  Sections 34, 35, 36, 37 (in relation to any employee transferred to the service of the Authority under section 34), 38 and 39 of the Casino Control Act shall come into operation on 1st July 2008.
