Fire Safety
(Petroleum and Flammable Materials)
(Amendment) Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 August 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule

2.—(1) Part I of the First Schedule to the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$77” in the second column of item 1 and substituting “$105”;
(b)	by deleting “$77” in the second column of item 2(a) and substituting “$212”;
(c)	by deleting “$132” in the second column of item 2(b) and substituting “$256”;
(d)	by deleting “$33” in the second column of item 2(c) and substituting “$48”;
(e)	by deleting “$77” in the second column of item 3(a) and substituting “$184”;
(f)	by deleting “$132” in the second column of item 3(b) and substituting “$242”;
(g)	by deleting “$264” in the second column of item 3(c) and substituting “$413”;
(h)	by deleting “$660” in the second column of item 3(d) and substituting “$862”;
(i)	by deleting “$77” in the second column of item 4(a) and substituting “$212”;
(j)	by deleting “$132” in the second column of item 4(b) and substituting “$276”; and
(k)	by deleting “$33” in the second column of item 4(c) and substituting “$48”.

(2) Part II of the First Schedule to the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) Regulations is amended by deleting “$10” in the second column of items 1 and 2 and substituting in each case “$15”.

(3) Part III of the First Schedule to the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) Regulations is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$5.50” in the second column of items 1 and 3 and substituting in each case “$9”; and
(b)	by deleting “$11” in the second column of item 4 and substituting “$16”.
