| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Probation of Offenders (Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 23rd January 1999. |
| Amendment of Schedule |
| 2. Part I of the Schedule to the Probation of Offenders (Approved Institutions) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting the words “Bukit Batok Boys’ Hostel” and substituting the words “Singapore Boys’ Hostel”. |
