Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000

Approved Hospitals and Health Care Institutions
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health hereby approves St Luke’s Hospital for the Elderly for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st July 2001.
