Banking (Exemption from Restrictions on Issue of Stored Value Cards) (Cancellation) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77A(6) of the Banking Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Banking (Exemption from Restrictions on Issue of Stored Value Cards) (Cancellation) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 23rd June 2006.

Cancellation

2. The Banking (Exemption from Restrictions on Issue of Stored Value Cards) Notification (N 7) is cancelled.
