(Approved Games — Resorts World Sentosa)
(Amendment) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(1) of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Approved Games — Resorts World Sentosa) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 15th June 2011.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Casino Control (Approved Games — Resorts World Sentosa) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 66/2010) (referred to in this Order as the principal Order) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “The” and substituting the words “Subject to paragraph 2A, the”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Commission Baccarat (RWS)” in sub-paragraph (n), the words “(Version 2)”;

(c)

by deleting the words “(Version 2)” at the end of sub-paragraph (o) and substituting the words “(Version 3)”;

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Commission Baccarat with Super Six (RWS)” in sub-paragraph (p), the words “(Version 2)”;

(e)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Non-Commission Baccarat (RWS)” in sub-paragraph (q), the words “(Version 2)”;

(f)

by deleting the words “(Version 2)” at the end of sub-paragraph (r) and substituting the words “(Version 3)”;

(g)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Non-Commission Baccarat with Super Six (RWS)” in sub-paragraph (s), the words “(Version 2)”; and

(h)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (s) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“(t)	Non-Commission Baccarat Tournament (RWS).”.

New paragraph 2A

3. The principal Order is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 2, the following paragraph:

“Approved tournament games

2A. A game specified in the Schedule may be played in the casino operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. only during a tournament based on the playing of that game.”.

New Schedule

4. The principal Order is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 3, the following Schedule:

“THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2A

1. Non-Commission Baccarat Tournament (RWS).”.
