Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act
(Amendment of Schedules) Notification 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act (Amendment of Schedules) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 19th July 2000.

Deletion and substitution of Schedules

2. The First, Second and Third Schedules to the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act are deleted and the following Schedules substituted therefor:
