| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Reporting of Derivatives Contracts) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 28 April 2020. |
| Amendment of regulation 6 |
| 2. Regulation 6(4A) of the Securities and Futures (Reporting of Derivatives Contracts) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 668/2013) is amended by deleting the words “1 April 2020” in sub‑paragraph (c) and substituting the words “1 April 2021”. |
| Amendment of Second Schedule |
| 3. The Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Reporting of Derivatives Contracts) Regulations 2013 is amended by deleting the words “1 October 2020” in the third and fourth columns of items 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 and substituting in each case the words “1 October 2021”. |
