(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 26 April 2019.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Paragraph 3 of the Second Schedule to the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015 is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:

“3. National public health research as defined in and conducted in accordance with section 59A of the Infectious Diseases Act (Cap. 137).”.
