Control of Essential Supplies (Controlled Articles) (Revocation) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Control of Essential Supplies Act, the President hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and com mencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Essential Supplies (Controlled Articles) (Revocation) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2003.

Revocation

2. The Control of Essential Supplies (Controlled Articles) Order (O 1) is revoked.
