Administration of Muslim Law (Certification Mark) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88A(4) of the Administration of Muslim Law Act, the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Administration of Muslim Law (Certification Mark) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 6th June 2005.

Certification mark

2. The MUIS Halal Certification Mark set out in the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Majlis.

Made this 1st day of June 2005.
