(CHAPTER 41)

Delegation of Powers

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 7(2) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Communications and Information Technology has delegated to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore his powers —

(a)	under paragraph 84 of the Air Navigation Order (Cap. 6, O 2) in so far as the power to exempt relates to paragraphs 41 and 65(1) and the Fifth Schedule, Sixth Schedule and Eleventh Schedule of that Order;
(b)	under all other provisions of the Air Navigation Order except paragraphs 42(1)(a), 66, 67(1), 68(1), 78 and 79; and
(c)	under all provisions of the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations (Cap. 6 Rg 2) except regulations 10 and 21,

with effect from 1st August 2000.
