Education Endowment and Savings Schemes
(Grant to Edusave Pupils Fund)
Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act, the Minister for Education makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Grant to Edusave Pupils Fund) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 19 May 2021.

Grant to Edusave Pupils Fund

2. For the purpose of section 6(1)(d) of the Act, the income of the Endowment Fund may be paid out and expended for the purpose of providing a top‑up grant of $200 to be credited to the Edusave account of every member of the Edusave Pupils Fund who is eligible for the contribution under section 9(1) of the Act for the year 2021.
