| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 27th July 2009. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under sections 19, 34, 48(4), 53(1), 61, 66(7), 71(2), 74, 82, 87, 87A(7) and (7A), 101(1), 107, 111 and 124(2) may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 114 of the Act. |
