(Protected Areas — Catchment and
Waterways Facilities) (Amendment) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Air Navigation (Protected Areas — Catchment and Waterways Facilities) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 29 April 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Air Navigation (Protected Areas — Catchment and Waterways Facilities) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 124/2024), in the Schedule, replace item 12 with —
