Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 13) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 13) Order 1999.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Bank of America N.T. & S.A.” in item (1) and substituting the words “Bank of America, National Association”, with effect from 23rd July 1999; and

(b)

by deleting the words “BankAmerica Singapore Limited” in item (131) and substituting the words “Bank of America Singapore Limited”, with effect from 23rd July 1999.
