Variation of Responsibility of Minister for National Development

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st July 2011, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 304/2011) by inserting, immediately below the words “Community Improvement Projects.” under the sub-heading “Miscellaneous:”, the words “Safety of Amusement Rides.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) (Amendment) Notification 2011.
