Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 20 May 2021.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 05227P in MK 24 at 81 Aljunied Avenue 2 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Bethel Assembly of God Church to the competent authority on 4 March 2021.
