Statutory Corporations (Capital Contribution) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutory Corporations (Capital Contribution) Act 2002, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Statutory Corporations (Capital Contribution) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The Statutory Corporations (Capital Contribution) Act 2002, with the exception of item (18) in the Schedule to the Act, shall come into operation on 15th July 2002.
