Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2008 and shall come into operation on 7th July 2008.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2007 (G.N. No. S 738/2007) is amended —

by deleting all the items under the heading “CHARGES” in Part 11 and substituting the following items:
