Amusement Rides Safety Act
(Commencement) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Amusement Rides Safety Act 2011, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Amusement Rides Safety Act (Commencement) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2011.
2.  The Amusement Rides Safety Act 2011 shall come into operation on 1st July 2011.
