Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore
(Service Charge) (Amendment) Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88(1) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Service Charge) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 July 2017.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Service Charge) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 310/2009) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (2).
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Service Charge) Order 2009 is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
