Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 1998

It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st July 1998, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 41/97) by deleting the subject “Social Development and Promotion of Marriage.” under the heading “Subjects”.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 1998.
