(Chapter 25)
Boundaries and Survey Maps (Singapore Land Authority Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2)(a) of the Boundaries and Survey Maps Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Singapore Land Authority Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Singapore Land Authority Fees) Rules (R 6) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$556.50” in item (1)(a) and substituting “$610”;
(b)by deleting “$183.75” in item (1)(b) and substituting “$200”;
(c)by deleting “$556.50” in item (2) and substituting “$610”;
(d)by deleting “$315” in item (3) and substituting “$345”;
(e)by deleting “$94.50” in item (4)(a) and substituting “$100”; and
(f)by deleting “$9.45” in item (4)(b) and substituting “$10”.
