(Commencement) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Credit Bureau Act 2016, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Credit Bureau Act 2016 (Act 27 of 2016), makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Credit Bureau Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2021.
2.  The Credit Bureau Act 2016 comes into operation on 31 May 2021.
