Property Tax (Electronic Submission of Notice of Transfer) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67(1)(h) of the Property Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Property Tax (Electronic Submission of Notice of Transfer) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2002.

Electronic submission of notice of sale or transfer

2. A notice of sale or transfer under section 19(1) of the Act shall be submitted to the Chief Assessor using the electronic service provided by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore on what is commonly known as the Internet.
