Banking (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Banking (Amendment) Act 2001, the Deputy Prime Minister, BG (NS) Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The Banking (Amendment) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 18th July 2001.
