Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 21st November 2002.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Nedcor Bank Limited” in item (129) and substituting the words “Nedbank Limited”.
