Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 (1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 21st June 2004.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 232/2003) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Publishers Electronic Printing Concept Worldwide” and substituting the words “Satellite Newspapers”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “PRESSPOiNT kiosks” and substituting the words “Satellite Newspaper kiosks”.
