(Commencement) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Payment Services Act 2019, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Payment Services Act 2019 (Act 2 of 2019), makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Payment Services Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2021.
2.  Section 111 of the Payment Services Act 2019 comes into operation on 31 May 2021 at 12.01 a.m.
