Undesirable Publications
(Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Undesirable Publications Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 23 July 2016.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 721/2015) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:
“2A.Al-Fatihin
 
Furat Media”.
