(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 213(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 5 May 2022.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Part V of the First Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations (Rg 17) is deleted.
