Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Polytechnic from the provisions of the Act in respect of the SP Open House 2007 promotion from 5th July 2007 to 7th July 2007 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Polytechnic with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 3rd July 2007.
