Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (No. 2) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 15th August 1997.

Declaration of precincts for upgrading works

2. The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in the precincts.

Made this 12th day of August 1997.
